Punjab Government Laptop Project
A number of large-scale projects have been undertaken and successfully executed by e2e, the most recent being the Punjab Government Laptop Project which was a game changer for laptop ownerships in Pakistan. This project highlighted our end-to-end operations and our network strength globally. Through our global partner Geodis Wilson we were able to handle the air freight logistics in a timely and efficient manner. Our responsibility included picking up 110,000 laptops from the supplier's warehouse in Shanghai, bringing them to our partner's warehouse (where we changed the packaging saving half a million US dollars), using dedicated charter planes to fly them into Lahore where we cleared and distributed the laptops in all 36 districts of Punjab
KPK Laptop Project
We also handled 25,000 laptops for the KPK government for their “Naway Sahar laptop Scheme”. The scheme was initiated by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for provision of Laptops to talented students strictly on the basis of merit. e2e provided Ex Works services i.e we handled the shipment from the origin (in China) to the destination airport in Pakistan.
Punjab Government Metro Bus Project
e2e has also undertaken and successfully executed the Punjab Metro Bus project twice; e2e delivered 45 buses in 2012 and 19 buses in 2013 from Karachi port to Lahore in specialized vehicles (as these articulated buses cannot be driven on normal roads) enabling on time delivery on a very tight schedule and ensuring safety of the high value consignment.
