With its success in Supply Chain Management solutions, e2e realizes the need of quality customer care and believes in providing round the clock assistance. The Call Centre will be operational 5 days a week. e2e customers will be able to track shipments, log complaints, inquire about shipping & air freight rates etc.
2 - SMS - Real-Time Status Update
Our SMS service will keep in touch with you every step of the way with regular SMS updates. This service allows us to inform our customers about their aircraft movement, including the date and flight number, airport information and estimated time of departure and arrival.
